Public notice: Presentation of financial statements as per Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act.

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Riverina Joint Organisation advises that the ordinary Board meeting to be held on 14 November 2019 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30/06/2019. A copy of the Financial Statements can be downloaded here.

 In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), any person may make a submission in writing to

Riverina Joint Organisation with respect to the Audited Financial Statements or the Auditor’s Reports. Submissions close one week after the Statements have been placed on public display and should be sent to the Riverina Joint Organisation, PO Box 646, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650 or emailed to eo@riverinajo.nsw.gov.au
